Students wishing to enroll in a vocational training program must meet certain admission requirements.
Those who have a Secondary School Diploma (SSD) or a recognized equivalent have no additional requirements to meet.
In other cases, different admission criteria apply. Some students may need to take certain secondary-level general education courses at the same time as their vocational training so that they can earn their missing credits. Some programs require students to have credits in Secondary IV core subjects (English, French, mathematics).
To find out which category of prerequisites apply to the training program that interests you, look at the occupational fact sheets provided on this site or contact your local school board.
